Relief Tiles

Mexican relief tiles are a great idea for home improvement, interior remodeling and renovation. Bathroom and kitchen backsplash looks great with high relief tiles. In hacienda style architecture, often foyer stair risers were decorated with them as well as the baseboards. In Mexico many cuerda seca art is handcrafted in two primary dimensions. Those are 4x4 and 6x6 inch tiles. For swimming pools, field and staircases the largest are used and walls usually with 4"x 4" size. Tile production technique involves applying paint on the surface the way it forms a tri-dimensional pattern. Relief tiles from Mexico are handmade of talavera material making them strong, frost and water resistant.
