They are not exactly same nor have identical shape. After drying them up white creamy background paint is poured over their surface. Afterwards, those tiles are washed with yellow paint the way some white as well as red clay is visible. That tile production technique makes yellow talavera tiles very unique. |

Yellow handcrafted field tiles
Yellow tiles handcrafted in Mexico were my choice for a kitchen wall backsplash and counter. They were supplemented with beautiful desert design tiles I purchased together with my yellow tiles. Their background was exactly same as the plan color tiles. My kitchen looks really good, I love the outcome.
